Could be a Trading Card firvDems, ie a SC pick they like? Perhaps but the reason may be the strict ethics requirements for attorney.

In the event you are incapacitated in any way from performing up to the standards req ie of your state bar, you OR ANYONE can notify that state bar to have the person deemed ineligible to practice law. I did this once in CA where after a drug of, the family hired me to be second atty in small law practice when I was just newly minted Attorney (1983) The family tried to hide his incapacity to remember …long story I did not take the money, I turned him in. How many people have been in contact with her… it only takes one. In this instance I would imagine a dig into the State Bar where she hangs her license would need to be done to see if that .org could be compromised…. but the strong penalties for colleague attorneys going along with this alleged incapacity would perhaps prompt one or more to report it. By the way, lay people sometimes don’t appreciate the death grip the state has on a person and their license.
