Don't tax me for merely being alive and having to rent "my land" from the govt, and likely not be able to pass it to my family as the govt takes their cut. Those things you site can be paid with specific commerce based taxation. The gasoline tax is supposed to pay for the roads and bridges but the pols piss it off. Cities should just take a better cut of sales tax AND DO LESS, but they blow the city monies as well. Get the govt out of your life. If you study history, during the heyday wild wild west Dodge City and Carson City… EVERYONE HAD A GUN AND VIOLENT CRIMES AND MURDER RATES WERE WAAAY LOWER THAN TODAY BASED ON POPULATION. Their are a lot of corrupt local and city officials that need to go, but because they control some goodly amount of our money, it sets the up pretty nice to stay in power. VERY hard if not impossible to get some of them voted out. Way too much election fraud.
