these places – they use the color “gold” to signify things – and the mechanism by which people select their victims is by highlighting them – he's literally picking his victims….

I solved this when I saw a person I assume is bad trying to push people into investigating his "enhanced" picture and it was missing the highlighter. -Combine with my AB post yesterday and it makes perfect sense.
