Correct, Micheal Rivero from whatreallyhappened.com called it right from the start, a "pay for play" scheme that H.Clinton was operating, selling classified state secrets to the disgust bidder for "donations". They were caught during the ChinaGate scandal doing the same thing a decade ago.
