Somebody help me connect the dots..no pun intended. This may be something. UNIOM spelled incorrectly brought me to a Polish definition of UNIA meaning the same as union. But it had a link to "IPA" the " International Phonetic Alphabet" At the bottom were dots and dashes that gave me a bit of DeJa Vu. Then I remembered the flag.

Is it some kind of morse code? Lines dots are they syllable breaks and word groups? What are your thoughts?
