There isn't a difference between oxidation/oxidative stress and Inflammation, inflammatory immune response, etc.

 

Where you find one you find the other…where you treat one you treat the other. Matters not if source of injury is thought, trauma, or toxin.

Dig on Adrenochrome helped me sort that out.

A lot of research says the same thing with different key words and it allows the researchers to play dumb with their reviews.

So anything that would lead you to reduce oxidation: to use D, C, Niacin, etc. will also be helped by potent natural anti-inflammatories: oils, cannabis, Deflame (like paleo) diet, etc.

Sodium Ascorbate or Ascorbic Acid is much more affordable and will do just fine.

Ascorbic acid provides 2 ascorbate ions and Sodium ascorbate provides 1 but is much more tolerable and costs $10
