Even if it's never proven that Hussein was illegitimate, the proof of his treason will be damning. Sotomoyer and Kagan will have no other choice but to resign. There can't be Justices on the Supreme Court who were appointed by someone who's guilty of treason and sedition.
Good, I hope it's proven for all to see. The Supreme Court is all the Dems have left (Roberts is a traitor too). The second that Ginsburg is gone, it's ball game. The 9th circus won't have any tricks anymore and all of the treasonous gun laws can finally be taken to the Supreme Court.
