signs are pointing to the cult getting ready for their closet to be cleaned out publicly - the music being prepped to be played as loud as they can manage in their newly hobbled state.

if people just get educated about symbolism language we'd finish the game and be at the end but it's a steep hill for some to learn the language of the cult.

these people are puppets, everything they do has two purposes - one for the sheep and one to send a message to their brethren as a way to coordinate actions.
