Man, I've said it before and I'll say it again- the WH messaging to the masses is HORRIBLE.

Why would you write "… further President Trump's national security agenda" which sounds very partisan and very concocted. The word "agenda" itself has developed a stigma in political circles, so stop using it!

Instead, they should write "He brings more than four decades of national security policy and program experience to the role and will help the Trump Administration protect the American people using tested strategies and methods."

It drives me crazy that POTUS has such incredible plans and policies, but the White House can't communicate worth a shit.

What will win the 2020 election for POTUS is have the wall already BUILT and then showing the reduction in crime in cold hard facts. Throw the facts in their face that the wall works.

Then people will begin to trust POTUS and people from the left or center-left will move right.
