When I first heard this last night, the suspect was described as: white male in his 20’s, average build, baseball cap, black jacket, blue or tan jeans, black tactical boots. … I immediately thought 'blackwater', 'technical hit', 'professional hit' etc.
Now that the suspect is dead, how they present the narrative will be most telling.
