I was thinking T100 steel would be a lot harder to cut but that is BIG money. Concrete could be made with mostly local dirt and gravel with a huge mobile batch plant or 20. I've actually got a couple of designs committed to paper in the form of rough drawings.

I wouldn't try Plasma cutting with the dirt in the tube. Bad blowback and that fucks tips up real bad.
