1) Slavery was an accepted practice in the 1700's, fuck you.

 

2) The idea of black slavery became moot in 1871, when the Act of 1871 converted all US citizens to mere chattel of the state to be used as financial collateral to take on debt.. The Congress of 1871 literally committed treason.
