There will be a lot of Roe v. Wade questions โ but they will have to be very careful not to openly discriminate on the basis of religion. They will try to walk the line that her protected religious beliefs have in the past and will in the future unduly influence her judicial rulings and therefore she is unfit. Of course, they will fail.

Catholic priests in the area were giving homilies supporting JFK.
Of course this was before Madeline Murray O'Hare tried to take prayer out of schools and there was an unspoken religious qualification (you needed to have some) to be trusted to hold high office.
