the right question is: do any of (((them))) have any leverage that could be used to prevent barr from carrying out the essential tasks for which POTUS has nominated him to the position.
preventing specific tasks requires specific leverage. one of the great accomplishments of Trump is that he has completely obliterated the old general leverage game. muh adultery, muh homo, muh sinner doesn't work on the conservative base any longer. amongst the various christian groups it only works on the liberal unitarian and episcopalian types. who wouldn't vote for MAGA if you put a gun to their fucking heads.
