Every non-felon American citizen over the age of 18 would have "standing" on in Constitutional lawsuit -vs- a "Gun Nat. Emerg."

So…Q: Who would have "standing" in a "Border Wall Nat. Emerg." when its funding is pulled from an independent escrow acct set aside for just that purpose??

A: No one…Not.One.Person.
