Turned from an honorable civil service into a corrupt and widely-puppeted paramilitary by deep staters looking to sew racial divides. Trump understands this sickness and is desperate to free the good apples in law enforcement from the bad ones who constantly call the shots. I'm sure it's the same way with our military armed forces, too.
