So… they willingly named this storm after the POTUS in some petty attempt to smear him? You know, I can see this going rather almond-activatingly well for California since they're so beleagured by a lack of a water supply. I just hope measures are in place for floods, landslides, and the like, given the emergency aid has been effectively been cut off (for forest fire management, anyway.)
