Globalist MSM distorts coverage of populism in all countries: we need to get the real scoop

In an earlier bread there was a notable that talked about a new "far-right" German party, the Awakening of German Patriots, that supposedly uses a secret Nazi symbol (see >>4713403). Came from the Guardian, which is not sympathetic to populist causes. Comments from anons showed their skepticism. But they could not counter these Globalist claims with facts, because those facts are hard to come by in English.

The titles of these recent articles illustrates the problem:

  • Populism, nationalism threaten the European Project

  • Will the radical right consolidate power in the heart of the EU this year?

  • The new face of European Right-wing populism

  • 3 steps to address the growth of European populism

  • Eurasia Group - Risk 4: European populism

  • Europe Inc. is getting worried about the rise of populism

With the yellow vest movement getting so active, we need to know more about what is really going on in Europe and elsewhere, starting with the names of the political parties and what they really represent. Try these links:

Rising populism in Germany: What should mainstream parties do about it?

Notice the title here, which implies that (a) populist parties are NOT mainstream and (b) that maybe we should "do something" about them. Still a useful article for getting up to speed on party politics in Germany.

Despite its bias, this BBC account is full of facts about European parties.

The Economic Crisis Is over. Populism Is forever.

Talks broadly about the rise of populism in Europe; relatively neutral.

Attention non-American anons:

Q movement is for freedom-loving people everywhere. We could really use your help in understanding the political situation in your country, especially non-English speaking countries. Any info you could provide would be great. WWG1WGA.

I like the idea of more business people in government. But Unless someone is well-versed in Constitutional Law, it would be hard to do a competent job as a Justice. Not something you can just pick up off the cuff, you have to know Constitututional, statutory, and case law, as well as how they have been applied.

I was also wondering why the shift to Sandy Hook at this time. FF could happen, although it's my perception that the public is no longer responding with the kind of shock and horror that the DS can use to mobilize support for a Second Amendment take-down. People don't like it but I think they realize the odds are very small that it will happen to them or their family.

If you pick a group with beliefs you don't like (masons, other religious groups, etc), it sounds suspicious to place religion before country. But I have to say, I place God before country–or before anything. Most of the time, tho, there is no conflict. The question is really whether the values of the country match the values of the belief system.
