head drop
speech issues
real diagnosis?
Guessing ALS because of rapid decline. Could also be Alzheimers or Dementia.

Could it be The Eleanor and Lou Gehrig ALS Center: Treatment and Clinical Services at Columbia University Department of Neurology? It's not far from Sloan Kettering (picture related) & RBG was there to give a talk in September 2018 (she had gloves on then). Could she have gone for consultation/treatment?
