Honest question for econfags lawfags. What steps can POTUS legally take to ensure the FED reverts to a gold standard? As I know it the fed res act was in fact an act and take as both houses of Congress to implement legally. Are there alternatives that could be taken to enact such a change??

Honestly dont know and asking for higher minds

committee? To the choir anon. Totally agree, but if it's one thing I have learned POTUS does thi nbn gs by the book, unless absolutely necessary. Challenging is great, but still takes an active act and participation of Congress. I'm looking for workaround. I.e. financial national security that would legitimize the need (((they))) will will not go willingly into the abyss. $$$$ is the controlling mechanism that frees ALL

always appreciate ur insight redhead anon. Not the 1st reply that I have had and I'm sure not the last. A Rico statute under current exec orders might indeed uphold able law.
