Who opened it then? Notice McCabe's name doesn't show up even once in that article. Then consider this from Gowdy during Comey's second hearing, asking about the time between his firing and Mueller's hiring. It's a weirdly specific and seemingly useless thing to ask, unless Gowdy knew something was up and trying to provoke Comey.
