squash the background with the foreground. It messes with the perspective.
Objects appear closer together than they are. So this analysis depends on the camera lens used.

Well considering Kagan is Russian Jewish in origin and Kavanaugh is Irish Gaelic, I think it's a coincidence….unless he's adopted. He looks Irish to me tho.
Don't think there's a chance they are related but I do see a weird similarity
