We should also have clearer laws governing the use of body 'parts'. Clearly, if murder is illegal then using body parts from those murdered should also be illegal.

There would have to be proof of murder, even in a case of miscarriage. I would suggest you familiarize yourself better with medical pathology.

Meanwhile, there are laws on the books that make murder illegal and abortion fits into this category very clearly.
You can keep trying to twist it around, but miscarriage is clearly not murder. If miscarriage is purposely induced, it is murder. I'm not sure why you're so confused, but you are not my problem.
