I an an Engineer ( 40 years experience ).
During my training I used oxy-acetylene torches to cut steel girders. When you do that you get a spray of red hot steel material ejected from the cut area. What you are seeing in the Video is a spray of molten steel at >2500 Deg F ejected as a result of the thermite charges. Very distinctive. No way you can get that temp from burning Aviation Fuel
