Leverage- a measurable, specific, clearly defined real subject of value. When one uses leverage in a negotiation the leverage and statistics must be presented to add or take away value from a concept. Specific facts and data are used to weaken opposition.

Trump does this. Democrats present no data or facts. They are purely emotion driven.
