>there are some MOSSAD homos posting stupid and ignorant jew memes but thats so they can subvert any real amd genuine disxussion…

>wait 'til they find out that NSA collection can be used in military tribunals for participation in attacks on the US. It may even mean extradition if they're in foreign countries.

>Posting memes is not an attack on the US.

>Knowingly participating and being paid to carry out a psychological operation in the support of preventing the disclosure of crimes is very likely a crime when this is all said and done. Have a nice day.

I think we may also have a case for defamation of character with malicious intent leading to material losses. When these MOS/JIDF agents attack specific individuals, such as BO/BV or named bakers, using specific accusations of criminality, it constitutes slander. They routinely accuse BO of being a Mason working in a treasonous capacity, and have also levied accusations of treason and even pedophilia against named bakers. They've recently included CM in these personal attacks. Although our board doesn't make a product with a market value based on sales, it could still be assessed as a group of volunteer citizen journalists working collectively toward novel research & analysis, which information is itself a product that could be valued whether or we not we sell it or give it away for free. If you add to it that we are working under assignment by the U.S. Military and Executive branch, you add the elements of interfering w/mil ops (either treason or as enemy combatant) and/or interfering with enforcement of the law. But we haven't been officially commissioned, whereas we do definitively create a product which has market value, so I believe our case is stronger on this basis. It can be argued that when shills defame mods and bakers such that they have to spend time defending their name, or such that researcher/analysts and other contributors drop in productivity due to mistrust of leadership/coworkers or just hostile work environment, they cause us material losses, a measurable injury which is done intentionally and with targeted malice.

It is this anon's suspicion that many shills will be arrested & charged for malicious defamation on this basis. Not a lawfag tho.

Yeah, these legal intricacies can really only be navigated by someone trained in them. I'm not. But I did contract as a public-sector researcher for defense shortly after 911, at an executive level, so became privy to their style of general strategizing around the public/gov. intersection. This right here might just be the ticket:

>if the NSA collection were somehow made availalbe (perhaps through declassified transcripts of other MIL tribunals), that evidence might suddenly be made available for civil cases.

However we get 'em, I agree that what these guys are doing is intentional harm and thus actionable. Our guys are smart and all about justice, these shills will meet theirs no doubt.

You attack the very premise of this board. Q Research was commissioned by Q. Q claims to be working for POTUS & Mil Intel. We accept Q's claims as accurate based on the proofs he and POTUS have provided. Call it delusion if you like, but you mark yourself as an anti-Q concernfag by doing so, which leads us to ask, why the fuck are you here?

If it is to influence ppl away from the stated purpose of the board, it is to do so in bad faith. Which makes you a subversive.

May justice find you too.
