Apparently early this morning (3:24 AM PST) Kerns County Ca, had an actual EBS Alert just like what happened in Hawaii. The Alert went out over the airwaves by mistake to evacuate the entire county. There is a large Dam there, not to mention possible ICBM. And here I thought living in MD so close to DC was hazardous! Crazy times.
