Expand the premititers or what qualifies or contributes to illegal substance abuse, substance abuse, controlled substances, Addiction, controlled substance abuses, mis-use of legal drugs/products and label them as abuse…See where this is going? Expand the definitions of these, soley to confiscate guns and strip more people of their rights, basically for no justifiable reason.
