I have no id on him unfortunately…just assuming he's an FBI lawyer because the security guards I saw look to have full uni's on, not suits. But the lawyer names aren't given on the Comey transcripts to even try and dig…they're left blank. You have a good point though…that guy if FBI must know ALOT.
