I have the same issue with it now as this form as I did then in that form.
The issue of mixing Sapiocracy with Direct Democracy does not solve the inherent problems with DD… in fact I think it amplifies them.
You cannot count on literal nobodies to correctly signal a decent proposal, and you cannot give voting weight to people just because they are able to correctly predict what the masses think about certain issues.
There has to be a better way.
Voting weight idea - good
Refining democracy - good
Direct Democracy - bad
Creating the system such that the very people we are trying to overcome are built into it? - bad.
Didn't we already try that?
