Ok. I'll lighten up and try to explain a few things that might not be obvious.
This appears to have been a military operation. This means NSA is in play and is probably calling the shots. This means ALL of the NSA capabilities have been brought to bear since Trump was inaugurated.
This is a war against an unconventional "foreign actor" - namely an international crime syndicate, or cabal if you will. That entity is essentially a foreign power with more power than most nation states. This brings into play military tribunals, which means civilian rules in court don't matter.
In other words, the good guys can use the full weight of wartime military intelligence against the bad guys. There are probably hundreds of thousands of bad guys in the United States, thus the 71,000+ sealed court actions that have piled up over the last year.
They're not just going to break down doors and arrest the obvious ones. They've been investigating them with enormous resources over the past many years (not just 2.) They have overwhemling evidence.
We will see executions on prime-time TV. Oh wait….Court TV was just resurrected, most likely to cover this.
