ACB is new on the appellate bench. Not enough experience, maybe she won't get unanimous "well qualified" rating from ABA. Not enough experience, we don't know how she'll rule on many issues. Maybe she's a lefty on some social issues.

She might be a fine second term pick. We don't need to replace RBG with a woman. I think an Orthodox Jew, politically conservative, would be a clever choice to counterbalance Kagan.
