IMO, the picture of the watch is the signal that it is time for the 4 booms previously referred to in previous drops. The time on the watch is 3:15. If one looks at the Q drops on 3/15/18, you find the BOOM drops. The pen and pad suggests the BOOMS happening or about to happen are related to an executive order signed by POTUS. The December 21, 2017 EO declaring a National Emergency w/respect to CORRUPTION AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING is the most logical considering the current discussion of declaring a National Emergency.
Looking at the capitalization used, the first boom will be the biggest and have the most impact (all caps). Then, we will have a boom affecting a specific quantity of people. Not as impactful as the first boom. The third boom will be a major boom (somebody high up and major impact- all caps). The last boom will impact many people (more o's).
