What I mean to say is these guys high up understand the power of the high IQ/gifted mind. It falls into the category of "precious resource" bc is rare (small segment of population) and highly competed for. Like gold, it has properties that cannot be emulated, or emulated nearly as well. Cabal wants to make weapons of these resources, and so do our guys, hence the term "asset." It isn't intentionally dehumanizing to describe those that have had some development put into them as "assets," bc high IQ minds, esp. the savant type, usually conform a personality that is dangerously simple/naive in the ways of cunning, and require "handlers" who are wiser in those areas bc of it, at least until the assets can themselves be trained in said intricacies.
As with any precious resource, the Mil whitehats map all known territory containing it and guard it, as well as track any of it that leaves their sole access. But raw resources also themselves require resources to mine/refine, so they have various efforts going at all times, constantly adjusting allocation for whatever goals/opportunities they have. There is the added complication that bc the source material is so limited and bc the cabal has been in power for so long, many of the individual assets/potential assets will have been comped along their development, so Mil has to weigh whether the damage/programming can be countered, and if it can, whether it will hold or the asset will revert/break-down. It's for this reason that even long-developed assets might not realize they are, and neither will the people in their lives know it. It's also a sad fact that the gov. will not always save them from themselves or from predation – again, it's a matter of resource management. It's a war of attrition we're fighting, and it's a grim one.
