To EUROPE fags in the yellow vests—
I have watched videos of the demonstrations and I always see smoke canisters tossed/thrown around. Having never been hit with tear gas/pepper spray/smoke canisters, myself, I have a question?
When a canister is thrown into the crowd, instead of disbursing away from the smoke, has anyone thought to contain the cannister? Put it in a plastic bag and tie a know in it (like picking up dog poop) or have a bucket of water to toss it into?
Has anyone thought about this?
Just asking. If the police realize it is ineffective they might stop using it as a way to disperse a crowd.
