The watch is showing the time as 3:15 which incidentally is RBG's birthday and ironically known as the "Ides of March". I tend to agree with anon's speculation about waiting for her to step down to 100% ensure a 5-4 win since Roberts is iffy but I think GEOTUS is telling us something else too.

Either he has his own original or the 2013 remake of the Chronograph or the watch belonged to JFK Jr. If the latter, it is either a message of vindication or it is a message of…well…
