Im still trying to sauce the DEFCON[1] stringer. Maybe I'm just dense and can't fully understand the comms. Or maybe no one fully figured it out… Here are some new theories:
DEFCON[1] = DFCN = Digital Film Cloud Network (E.O. involved?)
CLAS = cultural health = DHHS(Dept of Health & Human Services)
P_pers = Autists
SIG = Susquehanna International Group(Global Trading Firm)
OR
= Sourcing Industry Group(Global Executive Sourcing)
