Anons seem to have missed something.

From what I have read, removal requires a 2/3 majority of those PRESENT and VOTING.

Nothing about quora, (minimum number required for procedure to be valid.)

If a large number of Democrats are unable to attend and vote because of a ball and chain round their ankle, or iron bars limiting their freedom, the vote is still valid.

Bearing that in mind, the impossible now becomes the inevitable.
