Each guilty charge for treason requires 2 eyewitnesses. To get the really bad ones put to death you need witnesses. That means deals. It does not mean they get off. Maybe the plea to 10 years hard time in GITMO and then permanent microchip and lifetime monitoring. Would you take that deal if it meant everyone eating babies in Haiti got the death penalty?
If you hurt/kill kids death. If you had sex with teens but ratted out the cannibal crew than maybe 10 years.

I agree. But if the witnesses had sex with teens but could nail the treason/kid murder crowd would you take that. You have to have 2 witnesses for treason in a Military Tribunal.
