That would be very dumb of China. They better figure out their fresh water problem first. Because if they don't they will lose 3/4 of their population in the first 6 months
China gets all of their water from one side of the country because their ground water is to contaminated to even boil. Over populated cities and the first thing in war would be to cut that water supply off day one
