it is TRUE that federal district courts SEAL surveillance warrants

however - my understanding of the docket system used by PACER is that they use discreet CASE NUMBERS

sealed surveillance warrants would have to be filed under this case number system so multiple or extended warrants in the same case would have the same number and cot get counted twice or more

i suppose PACER could be full of shit but thats beyond my security clearance
