Yeah that's the problem with the medical marijuana thing, automatically dq's you from firearms ownership. I'm pretty sure that the constitution disagrees though. Why would anyone be denied the right to self defense? There will NEVER be a cop there to defend you if you ever need it, and even if they are, they do NOT have to do so.
