Cannot find a list of Democrats attending the retreat in PR, but it was funded by BOLD PAC. Per the Washington Examiner: "Those attending the Congressional Hispanic Caucus BOLD PAC winter retreat in San Juan planned to meet with key officials to discuss the cleanup after Hurricane Maria at a round table Saturday."

BOLD PAC has a listing of all the 2018 House and Senate candidates that they supported. So far I have not found one that lost in 2018, including non Hispanics they supported like Golden in Maine.
