I swung my phone around to mess up the carrier wave, it had an effect. Turned it "off" and it went away. Walked outside with no electronics on me and it came back after a few minutes of standing still. This higher frequency started around early December 2017.
I won't even go into the synchronicities or occult phenomena, those don't seem to have a technological component like the ELF stuff.
