Of course its the money Q and Scott Israel seemed to have a lot of it fall on his lap, hinted that he provided a steady stream of people/criminals through the justice system for money, palling around with a guy who sold his house to stay out on his yacht (out of US jurisdiction) and has unknown (to us) ties to Clinton.
