We have a spring where I live (N. CA) and our pipes get attacked by the bears (I guess they think it's bees in there when they hear the water coming down), at least that's what I've been told. I think it's the marijuana growers, but that's another story.

 

I asked, why can't we have the pipes underground (like sprinkler systems), that would prevent this issue. I was told the state wouldn't let us put the pipes underground. Why?

Well, we were told there are plants/vegitation that cannot be disrupted!!! Yeah, really.

They can tell us what that vegetation is and we can avoid it, dig around it.

No, they said they couldn't tell us what that vegetation is. It's a secret, I suppose!!

I was looking to move to TX or AZ (have relatives there), just before Trump became POTUS.

Now, I want to wait and see what happens. My family moved here back in '78.

It's gone downhill really bad esp. the last 8 years (hussein years).
