Graham has taken no-name's (lead) role re: manipulating Syria war to aid Israeli interests (expanding borders to control Golan Hts/Syrian oil fields - more oil than Saudi Arabia). Anything he does for / against POTUS is almost solely to create leverage for that purpose.

File this thought in the back of your head. Watch his actions and see if this hypothesis best explains those actions (vs the seemingly random flip flopping and championing un-defendable positions on issues like Khashoggi). Time will tell.
