I've noticed a couple other seeming confirmations over the last 6 days (which I only mentally noted–forget specifics). Feel pretty confident now. I'm sure others have noticed too.

One certainly HOPES so. Althought the 45 mentioned on 1/8 combined with "almost 40" 6 days later suggests the 45 day countdown is already in progress, not starting tomorrow… but your 3/1/19 deadline point is well-taken, nonetheless.
