>Please provide an explanation for your request for a fee waiver: The public interest in disclosure outweighs the personal privacy interest(s) of the individual(s) and significant public benefit would result from the disclosure of the requested records in that the American public has a right to determine if non-citizenship and/or dual-citizenship persons identified in this request have any reason to bear less than full faith and allegiance to the United States of America in regards to the performance of the elected or appointed duties of said persons.
