My hypothesis (pic related) - everything Graham does is to create leverage against (or favor with) POTUS to protect Israeli interests in Syria

When POTUS talks about pulling out or working with Turkey/Saudi/etc. (Graham gets triggered), when POTUS says he'll slow down the pullout, etc., Graham loves POTUS

Watch for positive correlation between these issues - it's pretty easy to identify once you see the pattern
